What AISG is

AISG is an informational tool that estimates your relocation numbers for Singapore based on public government data (MOM, IRAS, ICA). It is not a licensed immigration, tax, legal, or financial advisory service.

No advice disclaimer

All numbers, checklists, and chat answers are estimates. Real outcomes depend on your employer, your exact profile, and the current state of Singapore regulations, which change. Do not act on anything here without confirming with a licensed professional.

Acceptable use

• Use AISG for your own relocation planning or on behalf of one person you are helping
• Do not scrape the site, attempt to bypass rate limits, or reverse-engineer the scoring model
• Do not use the AI chat to generate harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Do not submit other people's personal data without their consent

Accounts and sign-in

Accounts use passwordless magic-link sign-in via your email. You are responsible for the security of the email address you register with.

AI-generated content

Answers in the chat are generated by an AI model (DeepSeek). They may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat them as a starting point, not a final answer.

Liability

AISG is provided as-is, with no warranty. We are not liable for any decision you make based on information from the site. Your maximum recoverable loss is what you paid to use AISG (currently zero).

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate access if you abuse the service — spam the API, submit fraudulent data, or attempt to compromise the system.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the Singapore courts.
