Submit your Singapore Arrival Card before flying
Every traveller to Singapore must submit this within 3 days before flight. Skip it and you may be denied boarding.

Why this matters
Mandatory electronic pre-arrival declaration replacing the former paper disembarkation card, allowing ICA to screen travellers before they reach Singapore's borders.
The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is an online form that every person entering Singapore must submit before arrival. It collects your identity, trip details, and a health declaration. Think of it as Singapore's digital immigration form — you fill it out on your phone or computer before your flight, and immigration already has your info when you land. Since Jan 30, 2026, ICA also uses SGAC data to issue No-Boarding Directives — meaning if something is wrong, the airline can be told not to let you board.
If you skip it: From 30 Jan 2026: airline may receive a No-Boarding Directive preventing you from boarding. At immigration: you may be denied entry or face delays. False health declarations may lead to prosecution under the Infectious Diseases Act. Airlines that fail to comply with an NBD face fines up to SGD 10,000.
When to do it
Earliest
3 days before arrival (including day of arrival). Example: arriving April 9 → earliest submission is April 7.
Optimal
1-2 days before departure. Gives time to catch errors and resubmit if needed. Too early = outside the 3-day window.
Deadline
Day of arrival. Must be submitted before you reach immigration. You can resubmit as many times as needed — the latest submission automatically supersedes all previous ones.
If late: From 30 Jan 2026: airline may receive a No-Boarding Directive preventing boarding. At immigration: denied entry or face delays. Last resort: submit at airport using WiFi before clearing immigration.
How to do it
For the applicant
- 1
Open https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ or MyICA app
https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ - 2
Select "Foreign Visitor" category
- 3
Choose "Individual Submission" (or "Group Submission" if submitting for family)
- 4
Enter passport details exactly as printed in your passport — match every character
Full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, gender, passport expiry date
- 5
Enter trip details: mode of travel (Air), airline name, flight number, arrival date
Find your flight number on your booking confirmation email or boarding pass. Example: SQ801
- 6
Enter Singapore accommodation address
If staying at a hotel, select from dropdown or choose "Others" and type manually. If you have a residential address, enter the full address.
- 7
Complete the Electronic Health Declaration
Answer questions about symptoms in past 14 days, countries visited in past 14 days, contact with infectious disease patients. Answer honestly — false declaration is prosecutable.
- 8
Review all information carefully, then click Submit
- 9
Save the confirmation email and take a screenshot
You receive an acknowledgement linked to your passport number. You do NOT need to print anything — immigration verifies electronically.
Common mistakes
- · Paying a third-party website — SGAC is 100% FREE. ICA explicitly warns against paid services.
- · Name not matching passport exactly (extra spaces, wrong order) — causes delays at immigration
- · Submitting more than 3 days before arrival — submission will be outside the valid window
- · Not saving the confirmation email or screenshot
- · Forgetting to complete the Health Declaration section — submission is incomplete without it
What you need
- · passport — For passport number, full name, nationality, date of birth, gender
For the spouse
- 1
EP holder starts Group Submission at the same URL
- 2
Fill in lead traveller (EP holder) details first
- 3
Add spouse as additional traveller — trip details auto-copied from lead
- 4
Verify spouse's personal details (name, passport number, DOB, gender)
Use SPOUSE's passport, not yours
- 5
Complete Health Declaration for spouse separately
- 6
Review and submit for the entire group
Common mistakes
- · Using EP holder's passport number instead of spouse's own
- · Forgetting that each person needs their own Health Declaration even in group submission
What you need
- · passport — Spouse's own passport details — not the EP holder's passport
For the child
- 1
Parent uses Group Submission
- 2
Add child as additional traveller in the group
- 3
Enter child's passport details
- 4
Complete Health Declaration for the child
- 5
Submit as part of the family group
Common mistakes
- · Assuming infants don't need SGAC — every traveller of ANY age needs one
What you need
- · passport — Child's own passport details
For the proxy
- 1
Collect passport details, flight info, and accommodation address from each traveller
- 2
Go to the SGAC website and use Group Submission
https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ - 3
Submit for up to 10 persons per group
- 4
