What we collect

To calculate your Singapore relocation numbers we ask for:

• Your nationality (country name, text)
• Your monthly salary offer in SGD
• Optionally: age, sector, family composition, arrival date
• Your email address, only if you choose to unlock the full analysis

We do not ask for your name, passport number, home address, or any identity documents.

Why we collect it

• Nationality — to apply the right tax treaty (DTA) rules and EP eligibility logic
• Salary — to run tax, COMPASS, and cost-of-living calculations
• Email — to send your magic-link sign-in and save your results
• Family details — to personalize DP / school / healthcare guidance

How long we keep it

Anonymous preview data (nationality + salary) is stored in your browser only and never leaves your device unless you submit the form. Authenticated account data is retained until you delete your account. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers who run the product:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — hosting and edge caching
• DeepSeek — the AI model that answers chat questions (only your chat input is sent, never your profile directly)

Your rights

Under Singapore's PDPA and the EU's GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Email privacy@aisg.sg with your request and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies for sign-in sessions and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar trackers on this site.
